Victoria Branson, Licensed Acupuncturist, Diplomate of Oriental Medicine

Victoria is a graduate of Oregon College of Oriental Medicine, which has consistently been awarded the title of the best acupuncture school in the country.  Victoria became intrigued by holistic medicine in college and during her time working as a cook after graduation she loved to research herbs and experiment with making and using herbal remedies.  She found Oriental medicine through a work injury that rendered her left ring finger unusable and very painful for six months.  Not satisfied that surgery was the only option as she'd been told, she tried acupuncture and was cured after three treatments.

While this experience was the decisive factor, she had become fascinated with the philosophy and art of Oriental medicine years earlier after reading a book called The Web That Has No Weaver.  In addition, she grew up in a house full of Asian artifacts and martial arts weapons from her father's love of Asian culture and history, and time of being a Kenpo instructor.  An appreciation of Asia was always present in her home growing up, particularly on martial arts movie nights!

Victoria has a burning passion to help people, and is continuously amazed by the subtle power and beautiful art of acupuncture to heal individuals and change lives for the better.  She practices a very gentle style and loves to combine shiatsu and moxa with her acupuncture treatments.

Before becoming an acupuncturist, Victoria worked as a cook and organic farmer.  She loves to share her knowledge of both to improve the lives of her patients.  She lives with her husband and  two amazing rescue dogs, Levi and Buckles, who remind her every day to stay in the present, love your food, go for a walk, and take a nap.
